Hi all. I've got my first 2.5 in the fridge ready to start Friday next week and I've been researching for a while now. I'm at the point where I'm buying supplements etc and I've stumbled upon the following list a woman on TikTok (yeah yeah, I know you shouldn't get medical advice from there obviously but it's handy for real life experiences) has been using successfully.

It seems like a lot but am I just totally naive and not only should just crack on with all that but maybe should've been doing it anyway?
