Advice please

Hi

So. I was taking my second injection and got to the bit where you push it down and wait for a drop to appear at the end of the needle. Unfortunately it looked like more than a drop and some liquid spurted out. I carried on and injected myself but am now worried I didn't have a full dose (I'm on 2.5 mg)

Advice/thoughts please?

Hi, do you mean the priming before injecting ? I thought that they were too separate processes so shouldn't affect the dose as you set the dose after priming?

Hi. You shouldn’t have lost any of the dose. Did you turn the plunger back to the number one after you had primed the pen?

To prime, you turn two clicks and press the plunger until a drop or two is released. You then turn the dial 60 clicks until the number one appears in the window. So the priming process shouldn't affect the dose that you receive.
