I’ve been using MJ for a couple of months, and it had no effect until I started the 7.5 ml dose. My issue is that I struggle to reduce my portion size, eat too much and then feel really unwell. The habit of a loaded plate for 50 years is hard to break, but as soon as I’ve eaten I feel terrible. On the times where I have reduced my portion size, I’ve still felt hungry and eaten more.
my eating issues are very emotionally
based so I am trying to be kind to myself, but I really need to lose weight and my brain is motivated, but my mouth and stomach just seem confused!
im also struggling with eating out- if I meet friends for dinner there is usually lots of food and eating is much later than I can cope with- I get really bad indigestion. How are others managing their social lives?
