Voy 2nd order

I am due my 2nd subscription from Voy, my 5th injection due on Monday however my account is still saying a clinician is reviewing your prescription. Is this normal for them to leave it so late to send out your next prescription?

Normally it tells you on the app when your next pen is being dispatches. Voy won't acknowledge the '5th' dose so I would assume there's an issue with your next order if it's not been dispatched in time for 4th dose finishing. They probably want confirmation on progress or another photo or something,
Check your messages on the app and if nothing then message through the 'speak to a clinician' tab. They probably won't reply until Monday x

Thanks for the reply, I can't find any messages requesting any more info or anything like that on the app.
Just the bit that says the clinician is reviewing your prescription and will be emailed when there's an update - this is on the "plan" section of the app.
Really hope there won't be an issue as it's been working pretty well so far.x

I'm with Voy and on my 5th pen, always arrive on time. I enter my weight weekly on set day but not added any progress photos. I have msg'd them a few times for advice. You can change delivery date on Voy site or msg them if order is late but they won't take into consideration the bonus dose so order usually earlier than late. I have changed the date for later due to bonus dose. Hope you get your pen on time OP
