I'm taking the plunge but thought I'd ask those who are already on this road; where is the best place to source this ?

I've been with medexpress for a few months now, they've been really good. I had an issue with a pen and they sent me a free replacement.

I did the consultation with Pharmacy2U on Tuesday at 11am. It was approved by 11.30. Checked by a clinician at 12.30 and confirmed. It dispatched at 4pm and arrived next afternoon. Pretty gobsmacked at the speed!

I order from Voy, quick simple and reliable. But a bit more expensive x

I’m impressed with VOY, My weight loss coach checks in several times a week and I can WhatsApp her whoever I need to about anything. She’s called Yvonne and is lovely and very supportive. I needed to change my delivery date next month as am going on holiday and it was done with one WhatsApp. This months delivery was bang on time, cold and discreetly packaged. Love the fact I don’t have to go through the hassle of reordering and worrying it won’t come in time. They are a bit more expensive but I think it’s worth it for the support and reliability, especially the first month. If you feel unwell or have any worries they are there if you need the help.

ive been with them since the start of my journey in May. They’ve price matched recently and my latest order was submitted yesterday, approved and send out for delivery in the same day. They seem to have really upped their service recently.

I notice Voy give a £50 discount off the next order if you way you are going to cancel due to cost. On top of that, they then ask you to chat with them about cost if you still want to cancel.

It was really good value for the first order as had a discount but then goes up in price. With the £50 off the second order it's £149

Is it cheaper elsewhere for a 2.5 or 5 pen? Just wondering if they will price match too.

@Orangesandlemons77 many places are cheaper and I doubt Voy will price match. Have a look at the link on the thread linked below your comment to see the prices at numerous pharmacies.

Voy have offered me £149 for the next month plus £30 off for the friends discount, is anywhere offering it cheaper than that? Thanks

Maybe it's some new thing they have got on their website? When. you go to cancel and click cost for the reason, they link to £50 off then if you still wan to cancel ask you to chat with them about it!

@Orangesandlemons77 they did offer the £50 off and continued to email with that offer but it still made them more expensive for 5mg than many other providers and I was annoyed that they refused to honour the £30 off for app users when I had been using it since June!

Anyway, overall I was not using their coaching etc so wasn't happy to pay the extra nor was I comfortable with touting the code everywhere so I cancelled. Hope you manage to get a price you are happy with 😁

Do you mind if I ask where you changed to? I see MedExpress seems to be good and cheap, however I think their lowest price is with a discount for first users so I guess would be 149 going forward (unless using codes from others etc which might be a hassle) all though I have also heard they will price match. @Orangesandlemons77 currently with Family Chemist. Reasonable price (cheapest for some strengths), very responsive, easy to order and NO CODES!! 😁 My first order took longer than I expected but will see if it's better for the next few. Hope to stay with them as they offer a range of maintenance options (still a LONG way off!) but will see if initial niggles are resolved 😁

I've gone from Voy to Medino.

Nobody seems to have heard of them.

The pharmacist is very helpful and friendly. They don't tell your GP if you don't want them to.
