Switching suppliers

Hi all,
I initially ordered 1 x 2.5mg pen and 1 x 5mg pen. I'm now needing to re-order (I'm staying on 5mg), but Simple Online Pharmacy are asking me to fill out an assessment form again.
My bmi is now very slightly under 30. Will they still prescribe to me?
I can't get a straight answer out of them!
And if I do need to switch suppliers, how easy is it to do that? Can I keep switching?
Also I threw away the 2.5mg box but still have the 5mg box with my details on it, will that be enough?
thanks in advance x

Many prescribers get you to do questionnaire again in case anything has changed.
All will continue to prescribe below bmi 30 - that's just if you're starting out.
Switching is easy, just keep the last box to verify dose, take a photo of prescription label as it's that they need to see. You can switch as often as you like but if you want to continue on maintenance dose when you get there, you need to research who's best to be with then.

Hi, I hope someone can advise.

my first order from Ashcroft Pharmacy has come without a label on it so my name isn’t on the box or pen. Will this stop me switching suppliers? If it does, I’ll start over with another supplier- can’t be doing with dodgy practices!

@Addictedtobeauty like Amy prescription medicine, the box should have a label with your name on it. I have read of someone else whose box wasn't labelled but it definitely isn't the norm.

As far as changing suppliers, my understanding is that a confirmation, invoice or actual prescription would be accepted by most as evidence. If you want to change, maybe get in touch with those you are interested in and ask what they require?

I’ve contacted Ashcroft to see what they have to say about it; hopefully they’ll get back to me quickly. Thank you for taking the time to reply @IReallyNeedThisToWork .

I've switched now and gone with a cheaper supplier.
They asked for proof that I've already done the starter dose, and were happy for me to just send a screenshot of the confirmation from the original supplier.
