Suddenly got side effects

Hello, I’m on week 6 or 7 of monjuaro. I stuck at the 2.5 for my second dose as I had barely any side effects the first month and reasonable suppression. However this month, the day after I’ve taken each dose I’ve had sulphur burps and a very bad tummy. Is there a medical reason why I would suddenly be getting these on the same dose I’ve been on? Or I’m worried the pen is different in some way and giving me the effects the first one wasn’t. Has anyone else had this?
it’s horrible but I can’t drop a dose obviously as on the lowest!

I guess it just builds up in your body? Not sure. But the side effects don't sound too bad. I've had some - now on 7.5 but it hasn't stopped me doing anything. The hardest is the tiredness but I just go to bed early.
Basically - I don't think you can go on this journey and avoid all side effects. You just have to try and manage them.

As previously mentioned, it builds up - I remember on my first pen, the best suppression was weeks 3 and 4, it just kept getting better. I reckon push on, if you're still getting good suppression then it's fine to stick with 2.5mg.

Ah ok that makes total sense if it builds up.
I agree I have to accept side effects but I have 3 kids and yesterday the dashing to the toilet every 5 mins didn’t work well with taking kids here there and everywhere!
it just took me by surprise as I hadn’t factored it in - as assumed my body would react the same to each dose from here. May give it slightly longer until the next dose just to help a bit: thanks!
