Wegovy dose

I've been on 1mg of Wegovy for a couple of months now and the food noise/hunger is back. Will going up a dose help this? Is it 1.7 next?

Hi, sorry I can’t help you, but was wondering if you had any advice on the first month of Wegovy. Have tried to ask for help on here, but everyone seems to be on Mounjaro! I have taken 2 doses and due my next one this weekend. I’ve felt no different, haven’t lost any weight (maybe 0.5kg over 2.5w but it’s been up and down), does the shift to a higher dose help? I am only on 0.5 at the moment.

I’d say it would, I’m now on max dose, stayed on each for a few pens. Actually thinking I may drop down again soon as v near the weight I want to be and want to increase protein/muscle x

Thanks! I’ve only been sent one 0.5 dose pen, and I think that lasts for four weeks. I will persevere, just a bit disheartened as a friend has lost nearly 4kg in three weeks on Mounjaro!

PS make sure you are eating plenty protein, it will help with the full up feeling x

Who provided it - you should start on 0.25
