Leaving Voy and discount code?

I’ve read a couple of times that people have left Voy and then received a discount code to entice you to stay. I’m really struggling to afford the costs now but also I like them as a provider so not keen to switch.
has anyone tried this / had a code?

Just messaged you

I've wondered this too. I really like them and the coaching etc.

I also wonder! My payment has just been declined so it’s worth a go in case it works

I have heard that if you cancel the subscription for finance / cost reasons they email you a discount code a few days later.

I have not done this just seen others say this is what happened. It’s worth a try.

I’m tempted but I’m worried they wouldn’t let me join for some reason again! Or make me start from 2.5 again

I would be interested to know if you do this. I want to stay with Voy but it is so expensive!

You could just go to a cheaper supplier who would allow you to continue where you left off.

Don't feel trapped into paying more.

@AmberPanda don't worry about leaving and starting again with another provider. I left VOY as they are really expensive compared to others. I started with Asda Online Doctor, and all I had to do was upload a picture of my VOY prescription or invoice showing where I was up to (I was on my second pen by that stage with VOY).

Asda started me on 7.5ml - very easy switch. They also deliver much quicker!! Ordered Thursday and it was here Saturday morning.

FYI I cancelled with Voy today and clicked the “its too expensive” reason and they immediately offered £50 off 🤷‍♀️
amazingly my order this month was half price so someone must’ve used my discount! Which helped!

I've been poised to move since I realised how expensive they are and that I have limited interest in using the coaching etc along with the fact that I HATED having to shove my code everywhere!

And then my second pen was half price (the limited code sharing worked 🤷‍♀️) so I stayed but researched other pharmacies.

Then they were excellent about staying on 5 for a second pen and it needed up being FREE as 3 people used that pesky code!

Now I am once again checking out other pharmacies in case I am stuck with full price this month. Even with a £50 discount, they are still more expensive than many others.

What I like, however, is that I don't have to fill in any forms to get my next pen it just arrives! I have had a very good experience with them but there is something in me that won't allow me to pay way over the odds when I could get it elsewhere for less 😬😩😂

WaitingForMojo · 22/08/2024 23:51

I also cancelled and got the £50 off offer. Nobody’s used my code though sadly. I’m on 12.5mg so worried about getting the same dose elsewhere
