Has anyone been caught pregnant while using Wegovy? Was the baby ok?

I believe there's a phrase 'Ozempic Babies' due to oral contraceptive failures on it and also a fertility boost from weight loss. Have a Google. I can't imagine why it would harm a baby, especially if stopped immediately but obviously there's no testing. Good luck and congratulations (if you're happy) ❤️

I haven't but I would be very interested to know. I think from what I see online it's that they haven't got enough research on it yet to know?

I have looked into it, there doesn't seem to be any problems as long as you don't continue use during the pregnancy. But as it's a new drug then there's isn't a great deal of research to go on unfortunately.

Me right now, I'm only 4 weeks & now full of panic to hope everything will be ok 😭

When was your last injection?

I know the blurb says it's dangerous to unborn babies, but I've done loads of googling and there doesn't seem to be any horror stories, just successful pregnancies.

The research mainly comes from animal testing, but they think the issues are caused by the lack of food intake in animals, whereas we as humans continue to eat a healthy balanced diet while on the injections.

Monday, but obviously I won't take it again, the pregnancy was so unexpected and we really struggle when it comes to conceiving, it usually takes a good enough while, but here we are lol I'm so happy but typical, I'm now full of worry, 20x more than I'd usually be when I've been pregnant 😰 il deffo keep you updated because no one seems to come back on to these threads with any updates 😂 x

Just came across this thread . I didn't fall pregnant in four years , had multiple surgeries. Four drs told I would never convince and I genuinely shouldn't have been able to. Started this and fell pregnant that month. Every dr and midwife i see cannot believe I'm pregnant naturally.

Congratulations! Did your doctor voice any concerns about getting pregnant on this medication? Obviously I assume you have stopped it now but any concerns about conceiving on it?

No nothings been said although due to my history this is the last of their concerns i think. I think my last jab was just before four weeks . Currently 24 weeks.
