Taking pen on flight

Off on holiday in early September to sunny Turkey. Will have first dose of my 3rd pen the day before I fly. Do I just carry pen in my handluggage?
Do I need to buy a special case to keep it cool?
I will have a fridge or cool place to keep it so not worried on I arrive. Thanks

i just carried mine in my hand luggage and popped it in a seperate liquids bag for going through security and didnt bother keeping it cool or anything

Start when you get back. What if it makes you vomit?

It’s my 3rd pen. Will be taking a second 5 mg pen with me. Had no side effects so far so no reason to think I’ll start vomiting.
