Hi all, I've finally bitten the bullet and got my prescription for Xenical/orlistat. I've read up quite a bit on it and have of course come across the horror stories about leaking etc. I'm not going to lie, I've been delaying starting because the stories have scared the hell out of me and I keep finding a reason to wait to start; travelling; a wedding etc. I need to just do it, but I was wondering can anyone help with some top tips or things to absolutely avoid? I don't actually eat badly, except for one bar of chocolate (98 calories) with a cup of tea at night. Should I cut this out too? I am just totally afraid of starting 😂

Hey sorry no advice but I just ordered my first box of caps.
I have about 4 stone to loose and hoping this will help.

I'll keep an eye out for any issues and let you know. Good luck amigo 😊

I took over over two months, maintained calorie deficit, kept to under 15g fat per meal and didn't lose an ounce. Started on ozempic and I have lost 24 pounds in 9 weeks. Orlistat was total rubbish

Hi,
I developed kidney stones after 4 weeks and the urologist suggested staying off them for 6 months then trying again and increasing water intake.

I already drink 3 litres a day so I abandoned and am trying to include 30g of protein and veg in every meal and walking 5/7 days.

I've lost 1 1/2 stone. It's really slow but I'm getting there.
