Anyone on Sertraline?

I'm thinking of starting injections, still unsure which and where the best place is to buy them. But I take Sertraline for depression. Is anyone else on it or similar and had noticeable side effects? Is one injection better than another if on anti depressants?

Yes me. Not only sertraline but also another heavy hitter and fat maker!

only side effect I noticed is indigestion, and weird dreams on day of jab.

SaulHudsonDavidJones · 07/08/2024 18:14

Interesting thank you. I already get bad heartburn from the Sertraline 🥴

Gah. Well, here’s hoping the weight loss jabs don’t make it worse. Good luck whatever you decide. Whoever you order Monjauro/ Wegovy from should be able to advise you about whether you need to take any special precautions.

I'm on Setraline and mounjaro. I feel happier/ better lighter mood, partly because I've lost weight, and also because I feel more incontrol about my appetite, and therefore more incontrol generally.

I'm on Sertraline and Wegovy from Asda. I've had very little in the way of side effects (and my weight loss is slow but steady) except for when I hit 1.7mg my heartburn was awful - I threw up one morning and my throat was burning the rest of the day. I keep Gaviscon to hand now, like I did when I was pregnant, and it's kept it at bay. I think it was my fault for pushing ahead to 1.7mg too early so I went back down to 1mg and am only just working back up to 1.7mg.

Otherwise, I've not had any noticeable side effects and the Sertraline seems as effective as ever.
