Voy Referral codes not working

Morning All, I've had 2 friends that I've given codes to and no discount applied. I've had to chase the first one with voy to get the code applied but it's not showing up on my account still despite them saying they've applied it. Anyone else had similar problems?

Does the friend page have the tick on it? They told me the discount would apply but doesn’t show on the money amount until the day of dispatch.

Do you mean your discount or theirs? If yours and the box is ticked and purple, it will be applied when they take payment for your next pen. It doesn't alter the £229 on your 'active subscription' box.

Have they paid and got their pens, I think there is a lag
But it should come up in time
