Subscription vs payg?

Hi,
I started a few days ago on Mounjaro so far so good. I had a very seamless process with ordering however they just issue the drug no "extras". Is it worth paying more for a subscription service or the ones with coaching etc?

Any input gratefully received but please no referral codes!

Not really.
Anything you really want to know is available on line.
There is also forums on FB etc.
I'm in middle of week two and have lost over half a stone ( might be more l weigh every Monday morning before l do my evening jab)
I've had no side effects.. but the 2.5 is a dose to get your body used to it.
Usually the basics are.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat protein ( eggs/ chicken/ fish etc) . Avoid fried/ too spicey food.
Stop eating when feel full.. but always eat something.
A few small meals much better than 1 or two large meals.
Has you move up you might get a few side effects but everyone is different.
Things I've got ( just in case)
Peppermint oil capsules ( for wind).
Ginger tea bags ( for nausea).
Collagen capsules for skin.
Magnesium tablets .
Vitamin D tablets.
Some take electrolytes if they find their energy saps.
Good luck.

I think it is totally personal choice🙂 I signed up with Voy before I really knew what they offered and have to admit that I like the subscription side of it as it removes any 'shall I reorder now? What if it doesn't come in time?' thoughts and my desire to have a spare at all times!

I haven't used the coaching side of things as I did/do a lot of research but I do like their weekly emails and having an app to use.

It's weird but I kind of feel well looked after and as if someone knows who I am rather than just a faceless customer. I know they don't really buy it is definitely how I feel! 😂 I was going to switch because of price and found myself not wanting to which is when I realised all of the above😁
