Sorry to start another thread, I know there's hundreds but I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the different threads and all the info!
I'm starting mounjaro with Voy, my medication has been dispatched but I'm not planning to start it till next Tuesday - I have so much on over the next few days and don't really want to worry about potential side effects etc.
I've been browsing the different threads but for whatever reason I'm struggling to take everything in! I've seen people talking about taking collagen, other supplements etc as well. Is there anything I should stock up on over the weekend before I start?
They say you can take it any time of day - has anyone found morning/ evening to be better?
I think I've understood the voy instructions correctly that I need to keep it in the fridge until I take the first dose, but after that it can be stored anywhere - is that right?
Are people managing to exercise etc on it, or does it make you feel too ill? I happen to have just won a free membership to a women's gym (only 2 months but still) which seems a great opportunity to kickstart things on that front, I've booked an induction and a couple of classes next week - just worried I'll feel lousy and struggle with it.
Anyone taking it and also HRT? I use the HRT gel on my inner thighs which is obviously one of the injection sites - should I avoid injecting there or is that fine?
