Mounjaro with PCOS

Hello, I have PCOS and find it almost impossible to lose weight. I don’t eat a huge amount but my diet isn’t brilliant.
I don’t eat breakfast, I will have a coffee and a cereal bar, lunch a sandwich and then an evening meal, usually pasta based or fish / potatoes, fajitas.

I do have a few coffees a day plus a couple of biscuits.

Im 16 stone and it needs to change. I’m looking at Mounjaro but wonder if it will help as usually, to lose a couple of pounds I need to basically stop eating.

Has anyone had success with PCOS? Any side effects? I already am lactose intolerant and really don’t want to risk any more rushes to the loo or cramps.

@Flowersforalgy
I have pcos and found MJ has helped massively! I’m not a big eater and would very often not have any meals all day BUT then snack on crisps & chocolate late at night. All the snacking stopped almost immediately and I found myself craving more fruit which I never ate! I also had bad water retention too which has got so much better.
I haven’t actually had a period since starting either but I was peri anyway. I started at 16 st too & I’ve lost 1st 9lb in 8 weeks. I had a big loss in first two weeks bit then it slowed right down. I’m still losing though which is brilliant. I haven’t had any side effects apart from the appetite suppression.
