Zava - repeat order timescales

I've been on 2.5 of MJ and due to move up to 5. I need to time my order because I'm not home some days and can't have the delivery sitting in the hot porch.

Their website says next business day if ordered before 4pm but does this include their approval time? Anyone done a repeat Zava order recently who could share their delivery timescale?

Mine took around 5/6 days

Mine took 6 days and was warm on arrival although I was in. There doesn't seem to be anyway of predicting it unfortunately. I got a message on the day saying delivery would be between 7 am and 7pm. They also insist on a signature so I think it goes back to the depot if not delivered.

That's good to know. Was that 5/6 days including a weekend or 5/6 business days?

Total days. I ordered Monday and received it Sunday afternoon.

Mine was 6 days (ordered Wednesday approved Thursday came following Tuesday). It is tricky if you can’t be in all the days.
i had an early dispatch email when it was approved but then nothing until the Royal Mail confirmation the day before.
mine was cold.

The first one came when I’d had to pop out for school run or something but my postman is great and signed in my behalf and left it on the doorstep which was good. I wasn’t long so it was still cold.

Going by their online delivery guides, if yours was approved on Thursday, it should have been out for delivery on the Friday. I saw a message on their website site advising of delays but there is no indication of how lengthy those delays are likely to be.

Judging by these replies, orders seem to be taking 5 or 6 days so I'll order mine today in the hope it will arrive on Monday.

Yes I think they said it was “dispatched” the next day when it was approved but it obviously wasn’t really as Royal Mail didn’t receive it until quite a few days later and it was cold.

I did my last one just over a week ago, did the order late Friday night, it was approved on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday.

I reared mine last weds and it still hasn't been sent. I'm getting a bit annoyed as my jab is due tomorrow and they had a 24 hour turnaround last month. My order was approved on Friday but still not posted.

They are so hit and miss, it's hard to predict.

I think they stack orders and maybe send out in bulk once or twice a week. Definitely not next day.

I just called them and they said they can't tell me when it will be sent - won't be using them again then!

Oh no @Habbyhadno that's really bad service. I hope there aren't supply issues again.

I've got my bonus dose next week so I'm not in a desperate rush for the new pen. I placed my order today and it gave me a delivery ETA of Saturday 3rd - Thursday 8th. If it's nearer to the 8th, their next day delivery promise needs addressing.

It definitely does need addressing. I'm moving house next week, so that's adding an extra layer of stress. It's really annoying as it throws my schedule out now, kicking myself for not ordering sooner, but I've never had a delay this long before.

I ordered Friday and it arrived today (wednesday). The original estimate was delivery between tomorrow (Thursday) and Saturday!
I tried to time for my few days of leave, Happy it came today but I'm back at work tomorrow.

My first order was dispatched really quickly!

This is so odd. I ordered Weds, was approved Friday and they still haven't sent it.

OMG miracle of miracles - I've just had a notification it's been posted for delivery tomorrow! Hooray!

I ordered my 5mg on Sunday evening, it was approved Monday afternoon and I got a message that its out for delivery for tomorrow .
When I ordered the estimated delivery was between tomorrow and next Tuesday.

Mine is also out for delivery tomorrow. They must wait and bulk send them.

To conclude this thread, I placed my order at midday on Wednesday. The order got approved on Thursday, Royal Mail were instructed to collect on Thursday evening and it's out for delivery tomorrow - Saturday.

In total it will take 3 days from ordering to receiving. Not bad compared to the length of time some of you had to wait.

Oh that's reassuring, maybe they're getting better again. My first order was quick but 2nd was slower. Would prefer not to bother changing so this is good to hear!
