I placed an order on Friday evening for my first prescription. Saturday received an email asking for photos of myself and ID which I sent. I presume that this doesn't get processed over the weekend but that I will hear something tomorrow?

They seem to have a bit of a backlog/volume issue right now. I ordered on Wednesday 24/7 and on Sunday got confirmation that my prescription had been authorised, usually it takes just 24 hours!

I had to send more photos but then was processed the next working day, then had a notification that it had been dispatched with a tracking number which did come within 24 hours while not showing it on the Royal Mail app until about 30 mins before!

MedExpress are really slow at the moment. I ordered Thursday am for my second pen and it wasn't processed until today and won't arrive now until Wednesday earliest!

Lots of the suppliers are struggling with the increased demand right now, it's well worth the wait though

I ordered on a Saturday, sent pictures that afternoon and was accepted on the Sunday - I was surprised at that on a weekend. Pen arrived on the Tuesday. Can't fault them for service.

It just hangs but never opens.
I placed the order Friday but have heard nothing yet. Do you get an email when it has been approved and dispatched as can't monitor progress through their website?

You'll get an email when its dispatched, and then another email from Royal Mail saying when it will be delivered. I ordered Wednesday (24/7) and its due for delivery today.

Still nothing from Medexpress. I didn't even have a code to get a discounted price so wish I'd gone elsewhere now. I had been planning to start Friday/Saturday as have a week off work so thought it would be good in case of any side effects.

Good idea to give them a call. Like I said I ordered mine on Wednesday 24/7 and received yesterday 30/7. But I've seen reports of people now getting them within 24 hours so hopefully you'll hear today as it looks like their clearing their backlog. Check your emails/spam just to make sure they haven't asked you for more info or something - especially if this is your first order.
