Mounjaro - how many clicks?!

I wanted to stay on 7.5mg for another month but didn't tell Voy in time so they have sent 10mg. How many clicks do I need to do/where do I turn it to on the 10mg pen to stay on the 7.5mg dose?

You’re welcome. I’m only on week 2 but saved it as have a feeling I may need to do the same at some point. Would have no clue otherwise haha

There is also a click chart pinned at the top of the 'Continuing Mounjaro' threads that has ml too in case you want to use a syringe at any point👍

To calculate any clicks:

(desired dose/standard pen dose) x 60

e.g. 7.5/10 x 60 = 45 clicks
