Considering Mounjaro - Underactive Thyroid

I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid in 2019 although I think I had the condition for a couple of years before my diagnosis ( Hashimotos). My medication stopped me putting on more weight but I am never able to lose anything. I am 5ft 10 and weigh 92kg and I am sick of it. Has anyone else with a thyroid condition tried mounjaro?
Also, once you get to where you want to be, how do you come off the injections?

Yes will defo use it.
I'm on holiday at the moment but hoping to time the order so it arrives shortly after I get back (1am 2 August). How are you finding it? Any side effects? I started a new job on the 12th and am off work until then so I want to take the first injection during that week off to see how I feel.

Just spotted you have no side effects - that's amazing. Also an incredible loss in such a short time. What is your diet like?

To be honest, I've been sticking to pretty much the same stuff where I can. So, good quality protein, a chicken breast or some Halloumi or similar.
Broccoli and cauliflower which I bake in the oven with a splash of oil and a little sprinkle of garlic granules. Peppers stuffed with feta, tomatoes and olives baked in the oven.
Lunch is always a nightmare as I'm always working so Ham, cheese, crudite, a dip - I love greek yoghurt with some blue cheese stirred through.
I never eat breakfast to be honest because I find it kicks me off and makes me hungrier
For snacks, I have got into berries and very dark chocolate. I probably eat too much of that to be fair, but its GOOD!😅
I mainly low carb just because I feel a bit bloated if I have carbs - Plastic bread means I'm not leaving the bathroom anytime soon. (TMI?)
But if I do want carbs, I just make sure I really do want it and I get the best quality I can. 😀

I was worried because I took my first on the Sat and then was away for work from the Monday until Friday but fortunately, no issues.
I made sure I drank plenty of water too. I'm quite bad at that so every successful day seems like a win.
