I've been doing MJ for about 3 months now and previous to this I was in the Cambridge Diet for a few months. I've lost 17 kilos over the past 12 months.
I sem to have settled at 7.5mg as a good place to continue with.
I am not eating much less then I did before. I've always been low cared. But the fact this has sorted out my blood sugar and cravings is amazing!
My question is can I just continue ue on 7.5 or should I go up to test this.
I'm maintaining a steady 1.5 /1 kilo loss a week.
