Hi, started a few weeks ago (27 June).
Started at similar weight, 13 st 6, similar height, 5 foot 3 (or is it 5 foot 2 and a half haha!)
Also aiming to get to 9 st 7lb.
Currently at 12 st 1 so feeling very positive!!
Don't fear the injection - it's vey straightforward and painless, just follow the instructions and make sure you have a quiet room where you won't be disturbed. x

Ordered mine today. Hoping it arrives by Monday.
SW: 84kg / 13st 2

I'm going to weigh myself at a pharmacy as their machines tell you about fat too. Am hoping to take measurements but not sure apart from stomach what else I should be measuring?

I'm already taking multivitamins but will buy some psyllium husk tablets. Is there anything I need to get?

Take a daily actimel too and an antacid to prevent the dreaded sulfur burps.

I've just started week 5 and lost 18lbs so far, loving it. Had excellent service from ZAVA. They give you free needles and sharps box, and with the discount code 15% off which puts the price at £122 one of the cheapest I've found.

Good luck on the journey. I had an amazing none scale victory yesterday, climbed penshaw monument for the first time in over ten years. I couldn't have done that a month ago!

If anyone would like to use zava the discount code is REFSFYTE x

@RachelGreensHair All the weight loss things I've seen over the years say tops of arms, bust, waist, hips and thighs. I think that is how they calculate overall inches lost.

I'm going to take a starting photo and one each week. I don't know if I'll bother with measurements, I'll have to keep myself off the scales every day though 😂I can be a bit of a daily weigher.

I keep seeing people saying they stick to lower doses so I might try that for as long as they each work, to minimise the £££ Here, at the 4 month mark they can go up to £300 a month.

I'm so excited to try this, and I hope I'm not one who it only works for at the higher dose
