Electrolytes

Hi,
I'm going to be starting Mounjaro soon. Lots of people seem to recommend electrolytes. I was just wondering where you get them or any that are any good? They need to taste nice 😀

I saw lots mentioning electrolytes too, but when I researched (googled), it seems they are only for after strenuous exercise, or sweating, or if you are dehydrated, perhaps due to extreme diahorrea or vomiting.

I haven't had any significant side effects from MJ and not at the point I can do strenuous exercise so I don't need them. They are not something you need take daily if you don't need them.

Diarolyte. The flavoured type.

There are plenty of other electrolyte products on the market, in tablet form, or better testing but they don't have the correct amount the body needs when it's under stress.
