Fatigue on mounjaro - does it go away?

I’m really struggling with fatigue and exhaustion on mounjaro. For those of you that also suffered with this, does it go away, in time or have I just got to suck it up?

Im going to shift my injection day from Monday to Friday so the worst of the symptoms are over the weekend to lessen the effects on work. Do I a) shift injection day later by a day a week until I get to
Friday or b) just bite the bullet and take it early this week?

I took Wegovy, but it did not go away until I stopped taking it.

I've found it doesn't go away

I did 7 night shifts straight....11 hour shifts. Nope! Not attempting that again, I usually sail through them but this time I struggled

Daytime, no better.

I had it badly the first week and less badly the second but I really wasn’t managing to eat enough in the first week and wasn’t fuelling my body. I'm making a really determined effort to eat more now, and prioritising protein. Also drinking electrolytes every morning.

I've found the fatigue comes and goes but I’m not the best sleeper anyway and so am often tired 😩

Re moving days, the advice I have read (on the Voy app) is that it's ok to change so long as you have 4 days between so if you dosed on Monday this week, Friday should be ok. But do check with whatever information you have from your provider.

I dropped my dose down to 3.75mg for a couple of weeks and that helped the fatigue but last week had a lot of hunger. Took 5mg Friday morning and spent yesterday on the sofa.

Don’t feel too bad this morning but definitely haven’t slept well Friday night and last night 🙄
