Diarrhoea on ozempic

I've been on Ozempic for over 6 months and have been on 1mg for a few months. Last week after taking my dose with a new pen I have been having on-and-off diarrhoea/ sulfur burps all week. I've never experienced this before and only have had it when I ate badly which I've not done this week. Has this happened to anyone and what have you taken to help it?

Yep I get this if I overindulge on crap or sometimes for a day or two when I go up a dose.

I usually just ride it out and take lots of liquid.

Sorry to hear you’re having a rough time. Some people on the mounjaro threads are recommending peppermint tea for the sulphur burps and you could take Imodium or similar for the diarrhoea. Good luck
