Extreme fatigue

I'm on day 4 of Saxenda. I sleep
all night but don't feel rested. Will this pass?
I'm exhausted & can't continue like this.

I have been on mounjaro rather than saxenda but I was very tired for the first few days and I am still tired if I hardly eat anything.

(Conversely while the medication gets rid of the cravings for food it hasn't got rid of the feeling that food will somehow fix that so getting plenty of sleep is key for me.)

Thanks for your reply. I'm really hoping that I can continue. I often do intermittent fasting for up to 36 hours & find that it gives me more energy!
I had a better day today on Saxenda but still very sleepy.
