Tmi - second dose - normal??

Started mounjaro last week. First dose fine, no side effects at all! Was feeling quite smug..

Second injection on Monday just gone, and since 7pm last night I've had 5 episodes of diarrhoea and painful cramping stomach. Is this the mounjaro? I would've thought the side effects would have happened in the first dose?

From what I've read on here side effects can happen at any point.
