Half dose question

Hi guys, I've been on mounjaro for 5 weeks now. 2.5 went fairly well with only mild side effects but after my first 5mg dose on Friday I've been absolutely wiped out! Fatigue, sulphur burps, body aches to name a few.
If I went back down to 2.5 how would I do that with a 5mg pen?
Is it just half the amount of clicks? Do I have to throw it away after the 4 doses or can I use it until it runs out?
I lost a stone on 2.5 with managable appetite suppression all the way through so I wouldn't mind staying on it for awhile longer.

You could halve the number of clicks but the pen still expires after 30 days of use so you should only use 5 doses from it in total

Pp have it. A full dose is 60 on each pen so a half dose is 30clicks.

Ah it does still expire after 30 days then. I thought that might just be if it's not kept refrigerated. Thanks!

I’ve read on the other threads of people getting a 5mg pen and using it for 1/2 doses of 2.5mg - does it actually expire after 30 days? I’m still on 2.5mg at the moment.
