Did the appetite suppressant stop on your second pen?

I'm on week 3 of 2.5mg. Good suppression and side effects. Lost 8 pounds which I'm happy with.

Wondering whether to continue on 2.5 for another month. We go on holiday in august and don't want to face side effects with 5mg.

Unless I get 5mg and count the clicks, but not too sure how many clicks that would be.

If you are getting on with the 2.5mg and losing without side effects I'd say wait until your holiday is over before you move up to 5mg. I stayed on it for 2 months and towards the last week felt it wasn't as effective so moved up on my third month.

I would buy the 5 mg and then count the clicks to continue on 2.5 mg.

Full dose is 60 clicks, so you can get 2.5 mg from a 5 mg pen by counting 30 clicks.

When/if you're ready to go up you can go to 3.75 mg with 45 clicks rather than going straight to 5 mg and see how you feel on that first.

I've been using MJ for 10'weeks now so I'm half way through my 3rd pen. I've stayed with 2.5 and do not intend to order a 5mg pen

However - I am injecting twice in 7 days now. So I'll inject 2:5 on Monday and then a further 2.5 on Thursday - been doing this for a couple of weeks

I could order a 5mg pen and count clicks but I'm just sticking with what suits me. My friend was so so unwell on 5mg and it just scared me - although of course I know everyone reacts differently. I've had very little in the way of side effects and I've lost 42 lbs in 10 weeks. I'm 16 lbs away from my goal weight so I'm hopeful that I'll only need a maximum of two more pens to achieve this

Tempted to get a 5 mg pen and use clicks. Wish it was clearer how long the orbs lasted if kept in the fridge. Thought I read 6 weeks instead of 4 but can't seem to find that info now!

I moved up to the 5mg but have stayed on that a second month. I am finding the effects are much lower than they were last month, although I'm still losing weight at a moderate pace.

I'm not sure if it's a placebo because I know I "should" have moved up, or my body genuinely getting too used to the dose. I'll be going up next month.

moving up . I have to say I haven’t been feeling great - gut side effects, but I do want to try and get a bit nearer my goal.

I'm due to start pen 3 (dose 11) at 2.5mg tomorrow. Its continued working for me, I still have suppression and I've seen steady weight loss. I'm with MedExpress and I've emailed asking if they'll support my wish to remain on 2.5mg and they have said yes if that is what I want.

Ye, you can. I haven’t as yet but there are links in the main thread about the ones to order.

ZAVA have sent me 7 needles for each pen they have sent. Heard Voy only sends 4 which seems very tight as there is the possibility of a faulty needle and they only cost pennies!
