I've think I am actually going to have to count calories as I'm not losing weight but feeling like I'm not eating much. Which is the best/ easiest? I shop mostly in Aldi. (Preferably free or cheap)
Thanks ☺️

I use nutracheck. I find it very user friendly and more England orientated for the food database and measurements.

Think the link below will take you to your App Store.

I pay £28 a year for the app, but I believe there is a free version.

Hi there, here is a link to download the Nutracheck Calorie Counter App! https://www.nutracheck.co.uk/apps?pt=457316&ct=InApppReferralAnd&mt=8&ref=8D060E36

My Fitness Pal is free with ads, has a pretty good barcode scanner too. Also links with other apps and watches/fitness trackers.

MyNetDiary is really good.

Second My Fitness Pal. You can just scan in most foods, but look out what is considered a serving size, and sometimes it defaults to 100gr.
Do not pay attention to exercise calories - they are inaccurate.
With any calorie tracker you must weigh and measure.
