Wegovy question

I'm just about to start Wegovy and am expecting it to be delivered today or tomorrow . i was planning on starting it straightaway but having 2nd thoughts as i am on holiday from Saturday on a boat . I'm thinking if do have any side effects that might not be the best place to be . can i check if it has a 'shelf life' that means it will be ok to keep it in the fridge and start when I'm back in 2 weeks? grateful for any advice . thanks

As a Wegovy user, I'd say to leave it until you return. It will be absolutely fine in the fridge. Some users get issues with nausea and sometimes with vomiting in the early days of using it. You don't want to have to manage that on a boat! Most people are absolutely fine, but I wouldn't take the chance!

Store in fridge. Can be stored up to 6 weeks in fridge once opened.
I started two weeks ago. Will probably give it up. Constant dry mouth, marginally sore stomach, disturbed sleep - nothing horrendous but enough to feel 'off'. It has absolutely killed any hunger!

Mine have always had a use by date pretty far in the future. Should be fine.

I've just signed up today so am probably going to be starting around the same time as you. I've put on so much after Covid and WFH so I'm hoping this gives me the kick up the bum I need. Hope you had a good holiday and good luck with the jabs. Just shout if you need a buddy!
