Hi everyone!

I am 3 weeks in on the 2.5ml dose.

I am currently with Voy as the initial offer was great but I understand it will now be more expensive so I am looking to switch.

I have found the 2.5 dose completely lowers my appetite (I don't have an especially full feeling but I'll take the appetite suppressing magic!). So I'm thinking of sticking with the 2.5ml as this should also be cheaper?

Any advice on who to switch to going forward - preferably a supplier that accepts my Voy info, doesn't need too much additional info and doesn't require gp details. I'm looking for quick, cheap(est!) and simple! I hope this exists...

I'm trying to weigh up daily vs weekly weighing.
I have very painful ovulation and periods due to cysts and have a lot of bloating around both times so also thought maybe just at a calmer point once in each cycle might be better for me.

I'm due my fourth 2.5 tomorrow.
I'm planning on using the 5th dose in the pen next week. Some say it can be a slightly higher dose. And I think I'll then do 3.75 from my 5mg pen at first.
I want to increase a bit slower as not keen on side effects some are getting with this increase and 2.5 has been working well for me so no need to increase too fast.

I've only placed an order yesterday so can't actually vouch they work well yet.

Week 3, fourth dose due Thursday. I am going to try the brute force method for the extra dose. If it doesn't work I will move up to 5 the week afterwards.
Been a little hungry but not too bad a bit like when you get in the zone with dieting or keto. I don't feel super full while eating but if I eat a normal meal I am not hungry all night.

I have my last 2.5mg pen to take this Thursday , been happy with few side effects , I've been a lot more wanting to eat this week but have just got my period so possibly that.
Haven't weighed this week as felt a bit down so will weigh Thursday when I take my last and then get in a flap about how to find and take the extra dose no doubt !

So the constipation has finally caught me! I've been eating really well and been drinking loads and been frequent as usual. However yesterday I couldn't eat much of my dinner at all. And I barely drank anything after 3pm as had an unexpectedly busy night were I was unable to get a drink So today I'm really feeling that. Have been downing water since I've woken up and really hoping I can get it moving again today. Scared to take anything as I'm working and don't know how quick they work 😅

My pens arrived yesterday (only ordered on Saturday and sent photos on Sunday so was surprised how quick it was). I need to go to pharmacy and get some alcohol wipes and cotton balls and plan to start my 2.5mg on Thursday! I keep swaying from excited/hopeful this will work to apprehensive about injecting myself and taking a new drug.

Did anyone check in with their GP before starting, and what response did you get, or did you all just go for it?

End of week 3 for me and another 3lb loss.

I just went for it. My Gp surgery wouldn't know me from adam. They rarely read the notes when you see them or act on letters that are sent from tests etc. I used to have my own gp who knew me well but sadly emigrated. Over the last decade or so it's been so hard to get an appointment and when you do it's with any old Dr who doesn't have a clue about your history. So sad we've ended up this way. Nearly 20 years ago I went to my Dr to ask for reductil which was a weight loss drug. She said no because of my history. A Dr now wouldn't have a clue of my history unless I pointed it out.
I saw a gp last week to ask for help, they didn't help and two days later I was injecting my first dose. Stuff them.

I'm WI once a week @4outof4 officially (log with Renpro app for graph and enter into my spreadsheet) but hop on in-between when I feel like it.

I've lost 5 st in the past with a VLCD and did daily WI with that. The fluctuations/stalls/whooshes did highlight that weekly WI can give some misleading results in the short-term but I'm ok with that. I guess monthly WI is probably the best but I'm not that patient! I can't be bothered to WI daily now.

I injected at 5 pm on Friday (dose 1) and my baseline WI was Sat morning. Just did a mid-week hop on and I am down 2 kg, so pleased with that! This was my first WI since Sat, probably won't WI again until Sat now.

Anyone else noticed their resting heart rate is lower? I wear a garmin watch so it tracks it and it am definitely lower over the last 3-days and I’ve been just as active as normal. Interesting the same thing happened when I had covid there is definitely a hormonal link with it. I do have a slightly lower heart rate than average but I do cardio exercise most days it still didn’t stop me being obese on my bmi! I’m feeling great though the sugar detox from last 3 days is really kicking in with reduced inflammation as my hip joint is less stiff this morning and I actually have Hope for the first time in last two years I can shift some weight. Menopause has not been great I’ve really struggled and did not want to be obese in my 50s. I’ve not told anyone though. I’m just doing 1400c a day (don’t count my exercise so it’s probably net 1000-1200pd) with a 14-hour fasting window plus my usual exercise & dog walking. Just hope I can keep it going when I plateau as I’m sure the weight loss will stall it always does!

I feel you. I'm there too. I had a big presentation today so daren't touch the duloclax yesterday but now it's done, I'll drink some later and get some high fibre stuff in.

Only lost 2lb so far this week which I am pleased with but I think that's due to constipation.
