Not so much as a flake here yet (West Kent)

Well this thread has been interesting as I didnt realise there were so many local (ish) MNetters, I have met 3 Mnetters in real life (one doesnt count as Eddas is my best friend in RL anyway!) Wilkiepedia (had a fab day shopping in London) and Laughalot (first time we actually 'met' we both flew to Dublin for a girly weekend of shopping and theatre!)

I am the rotund one (8 months' pregnant) staggering round bleary-eyed sometimes with a 3-yr-old in tow. I am usually on my lunchbreak (I work from home) and look knackered. I have cake in my trolley at all times. Say hello if you see me

Just been to Morrisons-was anyone there?!

I was in Morrisons at 10am but the one in Maidstone was dashing around like a looney whilst DD1 at school and DD2 at preschool, only went in for a few bits and half filled a trolley and spent £58 ???

eandh - I do that when shopping too. The law is that the amount of shopping will always exceed the number of 'bags for life' I have with me.

seeker - am working at home tomorrow so I'm sure I'll be out cake-buying in Morrisons. I am working my way through their entire range.

Ooh, I like Ask. There are always BOGOF offers for main meals floating around too. Have been there with my NCT group a couple of times, they were very tolerant of 7 ladies with 7 children under 1 taking over the place!

I did go to Morrisons yesterday, but stayed in car with sleeping DS!

I've never understood this whole 'Kent and Medway' thing anyway. I mean, Medway is in Kent, is it not? Or has the rest of Kent disowned it?

The councils split and ever since..... things have not been the same 'round these parts. However, if I was Kent, I would probably disown Medway.

Lunch or dinner?

I work monday and fridays and dd2 goes topreschool tuesday and thursday so can do Wednesday day (although need to be in maidstone by 3pm for picking dd1 up) or if we ar emeeting minus children tue/wed/thurs evenings good (my rl best friend is a MNetter too so will force her bring her too!)

I work Monday and Tuesday - don't mind lunch or evening although would prefer not to havea a tuesday night as am early pg at the moment and so compltetly and utterly buggered with tiredness!

Was thinking of you Faversham girls today - walked past Morrisons and had lunch at the Albion! I was carefully eyeing people up for signs of MNness!

As I said - we need a badge!

We've had a layer this morning - Surrey/Kent border . I was up at aroudn 5.30 but it was heavy frost then so must have had a snow shower sometime since. Hopefully too little to be of inconvenience and sun is out.
