No rain here yet but my god the garden needs it. Currently looking at the lightening map, France must be having a real show at the moment!

Just rain here so far. We had dinner in the garden then sat out in the rain under the garden parasol. I really enjoyed that as it was still soooooo hot!

I spent a very sleepless night in a static caravan in Weymouth in a storm like this a few years ago.

Not going to lie - there were a few times that I was scared shitless but mostly I loved it!

West of London here. Had some really heavy rain around 9.30-10pm but now just mildly damp.

Still 26 degrees in the bedroom! 😓

85c in the kitchen and we didnt cook tonight!!

Cant wait for the cooler weather

We had some heavy rain (Essex) for a couple of hours and I got very excited then it stopped completely and now feels hotter than ever

Expected a proper storm in London earlier, sat out under shelter on the terrace with the baby wrapped up to protect him from midges but we just had rain smell then middling rain.

Seems like fair bit of rain in night but no lightning/thunder (unless I slept through it). EA (Norfolk)

We've had a bit of rain overnight but it's a warm and muggy 19C here (Leicester) Looks like the sun's about to come out so that might set off some storms later.
