I'm 55 and got a meta quest 3 for Christmas! What do I do with it?

I'm excited to have this but would love some pointers about what I might enjoy and how to use it. The only game I've heard of is gorilla tag and don't think that's for me...

Current hobbies are language learning, Pilates, cinema, travel, books. I also like casual games on my iPad and just started Zelda on switch lite.

I've been using FitXR again recently, I like the way I can do just 10min and I feel I've had a good workout.
I don't pay a monthly fee because I bought it before they introduced that model, but I think I don't get access to everything - it's still got plenty.

I'm really loving FitXR, going to carry on with subscription. There seems to be a huge amount of classes to try. And I agree it's fab to just pick a short class if that's all the time you have. Also still obsessed with the room. Those are the two apps I'm using at the moment. Might possibly treat myself to another this weekend, not sure, maybe next weekend.

If you like mysteries or puzzles then The Room is fantastic.

I have just finished The Room. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for the recommendation!

Late to the thread but if you enjoyed the Room then try Moss, the puzzles aren't as hard but it's a beautiful game.

I'm 50 and have had mine for almost 5 years and still play it every night, I'm now into Population One which is basically vr Fortnite.

A bunch of us from around the world, all adults, meet up in a private room (so we don't get any kids) and have fun shooting each other 😄

Can I just ask what's the new update like? I've been hearing about pairing issues with controllers and blank screens.
