Yes I use spacial rend all the time. I did farm that rare candy.

I hit level 77 on Tuesday. Felt like the first 50 max battles went really quickly then the last 50 took forever. Got two shiny dittos yesterday (1 of each hat, 1 with the background), got a hundo scatterbug today…. Feels like it’s been a fruitful week so far!

Regionals! They will be dime a dozen to you, but people from other regions will be very happy!

Regional, event, shiny and legendary. There's normally something, which isn't that special to you, but if someone else needs it to complete their dex, it is to them!

@Roomgigi Don’t assume others want what you may want. Yes stick spare shinies, legendaries and regionals in there for sure. don’t forget the furfrou trims are region locked. Also any in person event and costume Pokemon. Unowns for sure.

But there are people like me working on their XXS/XXL and lucky dex who are after totally random things too. Any new/recent or only hatchable pokemon will likely be wanted for lucky dex. I’m thrilled I got a lucky flamigo, klawf and glimmora last week. Next I’m after a lucky toxel amongst many others…

I traded someone a standard pineco and gligar today. They needed the evolved forms to complete their johto dex. Didn’t count as a special trade as they already had those entries but they needed to evolve them.

Personally I’m also after dunsparce and tandemaus candy as I’m trying to get the 3 segment form and family of three form and am constantly short of candy to evolve them. So if you don’t have anything else I want I’ll likely take one of those for the candy.

Better still, mirror trade, if you need candy.

What is a mirror trade?

Mirror trade is when you trade the same pokemon. I do this as much as possible as you get candy for the trade and then more when you trash it.
lucky mirror trade is an option for improving a not so good legendary too.

Like for like. You gain candy for trading out your pokemon without losing one from your pokemon storage - even better if it's a useful one and you can do a lucky trade.

I went to the Natural History Museum shop yesterday and spent rather a lot! If anyone was wanting to go there are tickets on the website appearing occasionally. There were lots yesterday but seems to have been snapped up since.

Can you advise if there’s a limit on the number if items you can purchase? We spent a small fortune and had to visit multiple times at the last pop up we went to in Westfield

It's a maximum of 8 items per person and only 1 of each. Which is a pain as DD now has my plushie 😆

How was the NHM shop?

It was good but it is just a shop. Nice day out though with all the museums to explore. You could perhaps get the same items online now the initial rush has calmed down though.

I get excited every time I reach trade level with someone.
No one on here but I've reached that level with someone that only has Mr Mime tagged. No way to contact them so hopefully they'll add some more variety.
Mostly though I am loving the remote trades, it's made the game exciting again

Yes we went on the weekend. It was a shame they didn’t do some sort of treasure hunt activity through the NHM with Pokémon’s places amongst other exhibits. The shop was also a little underwhelming imho. Good day out but for could have been more engaging as a concept.

Managed to get tickets so we’re going to nhm this weekend. Ds excited and we are expecting it to be just the shop like the pop up in Westfield was when we queued overnight for that and were limited to 5items.

I hear that some of the items aren’t available from the online shop any more so seems this is the only way to get them.

Hoping there might be some event spawns and extra stops around the shop but doesn’t sound like anyone’s noticed if there are

No last weekend there wasn’t any event spawns or different pokestops. It was good and we purchased a few things, but it could have been so much better!

I’m finding several friends aren’t tagging anything so I can’t initiate a trade at all. Despite sending/opening gifts since we attained the option to remote trade. Not sure if they don’t understand they need to or they just aren’t interested.

Is anyone aware of any etiquette in which of the choices you should accept? I found I was veering to the right and defaulting to selecting the last of the three. And then realised maybe the left choice was the first/preferred one so started going for that instead.

However I was a bit torn just now as a Japanese friend accepted the shiny uxie request and wanted a stonjourne, shiny oricorio (Europe) and shiny mr mine jr in that order. The stonjourne didn’t seem like a fair trade for that and I figured they could get that from most uk friends. So I went for the shiny mr mime jnr option. Figured they would be happy regardless as otherwise they’d surely only pick one or two choices if not.

Have you tried campfire or changing your buddy name to say what you are after? Even just morechoice

I agree. I enjoyed it but they could've given us a new pokestop or two!

I also don't know what to do when people request 3. I've tried to go for as like for like as possible so I think I'd have done the same as you.

I think perhaps she doesn't know how it works. We're both in the UK and quite close together geographically and she's only tagged UK regionals.
I'm in no rush so hopefully she'll work it out!
