Blimey, those last 30 or so posts went quickly! Here's a lovely shiny new thread.

Nearly did unown earlier but decided a nap on the sofa was more important. Annoyingly just got in from a walk to put something in the gym in the park and I’ve walked off 11.9km of a 12km egg. Might have to walk to the top of the garden and back until it hatches.

Just found the challenges in the other section. You really do have to check for notifications. But we are somewhere with v patchy reception much to DS' dismay.

Anyone got any shinies from this event yet? So far I have a shiny karrablast and a shiny caterpie which I evolved in to a shiny butterfree

Nothing so far, but my shiny luck is generally poor at the moment.

I caught a shiny yanma, last night. Now I never have to look at one, ever again. Such a pain to catch.

Bloody Giovanni. I really struggle to fight him. I beat his Persian but then I get stuck on the second one. His always have massive CP. like 5 figures.

Depending what his second is, a very strong t’tar or swampert might be what you need, ideally with a fast charging move. You also want to burn his shields while the Persian is up, so you get maximum damage on his later mon.

We completed the Zigzagoon challenge and the Bug Collection challenge! We caught 2 shiny Zigzagoons and evolved our Linoones to Obstagoones.

It's been such a bond between DS and I. But how do you stop DC and yourself from becoming obsessed?

Planning epic poke walks is fine as long as you stay safe. Hopefully Monday will be a bit cooler. Today was unpleasantly hot for doing too much walking during community day.

We got lucky and all the Zigzagoons were in shady areas and close to our house.

Hi.. been lurking for a month or so on this thread 😀originally played back 2016/early 2017 with my 3 young DSs... then issues with my phone and I guess life(!) and now finally logged back in Jan this year. Two of my DS love it and are old enough now to play it on their own phones ... Personally its given me some quality time to spend with my DS and lots of common ground. We're all the same colour team and regularly trade... And help me out with curveball throws 😂
