Yep, all friends on the Nintendo but seems to be no options to add them in the game. It's weird.

@Newnamefor2021 - one person needs to play the game and open their gate. Then the other person playing on their switch can travel to visit the other island iyswim

@Newnamefor2021 They have to visit you first before you can add them to your best friend list, which is your friend list.

I’m on my second day playing this game, can see it’s going to be very addictive!! Just wondering if anyone can tell me though whether I can make any fatal flaws now - or am I ok just bumbling along not knowing what I’m doing? Or could I miss one off chances if I’m not on the ball?

It’s not a game where you can win or lose - just enjoy it however you want If you’re the sort of person who likes collecting things, you may want to look up what fish, bugs and items are available for each time of year so that you don’t have to wait to get them later, but otherwise I suggest you take your time and enjoy it at your own pace. You can always trade with other players for what you want.

Oh god no - there's no way of going wrong! Just bumble, it's a bumbling paradise.

Turnip predictor things are saying I've got a fluctuating pattern and won't go higher than 148 bells per turnip so if anyone has a higher price than that I'd love to come visit and sell, I'll give you a percentage as thanks.

We are quite early on in the game and finding it so much fun! Is lovely being able to share an island with my 3 kids. My 10 year old is the main player so we keep having to wait for him to complete tasks to proceed. He still prefers minecraft so it's a bit frustrating! I am busy collecting items, filling the museum and selling stuff to pay off my loans. My 6 year olds just keep spending all their bells on clothes and decorations and get upset that I already have an extension on my house! It's so funny.

I've been logging onto DD's account to pay off bits of her house loan as I know she wants an extension but she never remembers to go pay it off.

My island is pretty basic but I’m addicted as pp said it’s like a dolls house.

Ahh a bumbling paradise sounds perfect for me. I was just worried I’d miss something important and end up trapped not being able to progress haha. I’m only going to be able to play in the evening so glad to see others seem to do that as well. Will be weird if I ever see my island in the daylight though haha.

Just change the time on your switch slightly - I'm usually on evening times so I tend to have my clock set back a couple of hours to see daylight hours.

DD planted two money trees about two weeks and they have stopped producing money. Any ideas why? She planted 55000 bells in one and 1000 bells in the other one 🙈

She thinks she got about 7000 back before they stopped growing. Does that seem right?

You only get bells dropping from money trees once before they just turn into normal hardwood type trees.
