Anyone else experiencing a revive shortage

@chunkyrun I've heard of people having a major revive shortage after having the Giovanni task there was recently, which can take a lot of attempts to win. Did you get that one? I'm sure you'll build revives up again soon. If you haven't maxed out your pokemon to L40, powering one up will give it a bit of HP/revive it.

(This is Aggron/Dickheads BTW.) Another one who doesn't see the point of the 'Bye' sticker. Who'd want to send or receive that? (Unless it was before you unfriend someone. ) I haven't bothered with the stickers. Getting round to doing gifts is hard enough for me without them.

11 on Sunday works assuming I get signal - will be driving to visit my dad for the first time since February!
It will give me something to do in the car (I'm a passenger - don't worry).

SoulofanAggron I'm 3 days off being Best Friends with Rayk (I'm MoorC...) so will keep an eye on the thread after the weekend.

I set up a second account this week and have added a few of the people up thread (Gaudium5). It's so different starting an account now compared to 4 years ago. Now, I'm already up to level 18 (in 3 days!). Would have taken weeks (months) at the start, mainly because I couldn't easily get hold of balls - no stops near by and no Friends to send them.
Also on my first day, I caught one shiny and one 4*. Probably tooks months for that to happen with main account.

I finally got all my pokemon revived after Giovanni wrecked them, I had 71 who needed reviving. I did a combination of powering up, buying revives and constantly gekng around pokestops and gyms. I got hardly any revives from gifts which is unusual.

I got the new Petlil when I took a snap shot of my buddy.... that was very exciting for me. so aware I have no life

Looking forward to playing with DS tomorrow, we're going to one of the big parks with loads of stops and 4 gyms. He's keen on getting a shiny Ghastly.

I'd definitely be up for a remote raid squad, not sure the best way to organise though? I'm stuck on a legendary pokemon too

@GreenShadow Will do. I think starting an account is the best bit- how quickly you can level up early on is really satisfying. If you post/PM me the trainer number of your alt I'd love to add him/her.

I agree with SoulofAggron Pokemon is life. I've been playing obsessively since the beginning, so 4 years now, and it's the only game I've never become bored of. Plus it's been a bit of a lifesaver during lockdown as even on low days my daily walking route specifically planned to hit as many stops as possible cheered me right up.

I'm so looking forward to Community Day. There are about a dozen of us planning to meet up for a socially distanced amble down near the cricket ground and botanical garden where there are a few gyms and Pokestops. I haven't seen most of them since lockdown began, or actually 2 weeks before as I was self isolating.

I nickname my friends with the date, that way I can sort by nickname if I do month first e.g. 07.18
Apart from at new year it wont work perfectly

I sort in date order for sending gifts so I can make sure I get to everyone then put a g in front when sent so g 07.17 as nickname

Then I can see that my most inactive friend hasn't opened or sent since May. I don't mind people not sending as before the free gifts were introduced some people can't get to stops and I wasnt near many myself. If they haven't opened for 2 or more months I assume they aren't playing. Then delete the most inactive when my friends list gets full

I've been putting the bye sticker and other stickers on at random. Didn't really think about it!

I have added the few trainer codes above as friends. If anyone else needs more friends my code is 3802 4270 4127. I do try to play most days & I always try to send gifts to friends.

That's a good idea, I'm going to do that too.

If anybody needs a legendary I am happy to invite you during raid hour. I usually do at least 6 raids, 3 on Gertrude and 3 on Harold. It will be between 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday, as I'm in a different time zone.

Winning is guaranteed in our group. Catching it is of course another matter....... You might need to do more than one raid.
