With the upcoming Swinub community day, honouring the year of the pig, it had to be done.

I did 81 tasks and got incredibly lucky Dillite, I can't quite believe it still!

I got a shiny Pearl thing on my very first completed task which was something like "catch a Wailmer". Delighted.

Also huge thanks to the Mumsnetter who sent me an egg from Belfast at some point, it hatched into a very cute Munchlax this morning :-)

Some pillock overslept. I didn't get out untill 1145 but still caught 16 Clamperl including one shiny so I'm quite happy. There are only 39 stops in this little town so if I'd been out on time I'd probably had 39 Claamperl. Ah well.

Just caught a Qwilfish & a Shiny on my sofa. My best ones always appear in the house it’s like Pokemon knows I’m a hermit lol

Ok.. now I’m happy

I didn't do very well, only span five pokestops in total as we were driving and going too fast to spin anything! Oh well five are better than none and one shiny out of five is pretty good going. @mumpops I'm happy to start as early as you'd like tomorrow - how about 8am?

I need advice about whether or not to change team?

Currently instinct. Everyone else in my village seems to be blue. I live next door to a gym and can hit it from my bed! I take it every morning and the blues take it back.

I generally get 50 coins a day but use up a lot of revives and potions. So my initial thought is that being blue would be better.

But I've never seen the gym be taken by the red team. A handful of times another yellow person has joined me. But very sporadic.

I'm worried if the gym stayed blue all the time I wouldn't get 50 coins a day. am I right in thinking that you'd only get coins when someone either kicks you out or your mon runs out of energy which can take a few days? And that the max you'd get is 50 coins, so I might only get 50 coins even though I was in a gym for 3 days?
