Soubriquet You haven’t fully put the appraisal into PokeGenie, hence the first two stats being between numbers. You should always put the full appraisal into PokeGenie to get an accurate IV reading.

However, with stamina as the highest stat, both of them would turn into Hitmontop.

They are both low 80s in terms of IV though so I wouldn’t say they were good, but YMMV in terms of what percentage is regarded as good for you.

Clamperl event this weekend! At least there's no shiny.

Does it evolve? Or can I just catch one?

There are two clamperl evolutions, both evolve from clamperl itself so we may need to catch a few as it will probably be random which one you get when you evolve it. Hopefully the tasks will be a bit quicker than the Feebas day ones :)

SneakyGremlins No, not quite. Wurmple’s evolutions are random in Pokemon Go and almost random in the actual games.

Clamperl evolves into Huntail with a Deep Sea Tooth and Gorebyss with a Deep Sea Scale in the actual games.

It appears there are mixed reports of whether Clamperl’s evolutions will be random or based on gender at the moment, however what has been verified is that Clamperl will remain in the wild after the event.

The official Pokemon site have confirmed the evolution in Go is random, Wailmer.

"The Bivalve Pokémon has two potential Evolutions—Huntail and Gorebyss—but you won't know which of the two Pokémon your Clamperl will become until its Evolution is complete."

Adventure sync hasn't been working, I didnt realise it wouldnt work with battery saver on. I know it should be obvious but I just didn't twig. lost this thread for ages too.

GoHub are saying the evolve will be based on male or female.
