A new spinda is out with the new tasks, this time "Make a great curveball" for Spinda 3. There are also reports of shiny Growlithe over on the SilphRoad

This thread has been great! I had no idea there were so many shinies out there now as I only have one, a sableye, which I’ve had for ages now. V keen to get another!

Bellebp Here’s an info graphic of all the shinies that have been released into the game Smile

It’s current as of September 2018.

The best way to get shinies is just to click on every single Pokemon that has a shiny version in the hopes it might be shiny, as you won’t know unless you click on it!

There are sooo many! I need to catch up... when I first started playing I worked in a city centre so always had tons of balls. I’m always running out now so have been restricting catching them and only going for the ones I want/need. Guess I need to change my strategy a bit Smile

Bellebp Not really; you don’t have to actually catch a Pokemon to know if it’s shiny. You can just click on them and if it’s not shiny you just don’t catch it Smile

Bellebp You’re welcome Smile If it’s shiny you’ll know straight away (even if the colour difference is only slight) as there will be loads of stars surrounding the Pokemon when you first click on it.

Dd got two lucky magikarp in return as I was transferring my catches to her so she can churn them for the magikarp Mew task. She's not churning those two at least.

Miraculously, for somebody who doesn't usually see shinies I managed to catch 3 shiny Wingull. Shock I'm quite chuffed about that :o
