OrianaBanana Yeah, because that’s an old research task that you’ve had since before the tasks were changed.

There are no current research tasks giving out potions or raids. When the water event is over chances are research tasks will change again and go back to giving out potions and revives, but they aren’t at the moment.

Your task, win a level 3 or higher raid, would give you 1 rare candy as a reward if you found it at a PokeStop now.

Wailmer, my 2 current tasks have revives and potions as rewards, I definitely only got them today.

Nearly finished walking my Kirlia! Annoyingly I’ve never had a great IV Ralts so will wait to evolve it.

Evolved a 96% Squirtle and the Blastoise got bite and flash cannon as moves. I don’t tend to raid a lot but need to now for some TMs!

TakeAChanseyOnMe I don’t think you can have got them today, as the rewards for those tasks have been changed or the task removed entirely.

Battle in a gym 5 times now yields Machop as a reward and use a super effective charge attack in a gym battle isn’t even a field research task in the current set.

I also picked up the same task as OrianaBanana about an hour ago and like I said, it isn’t giving revives; it’s giving one rare candy as a reward.

100% certain I got them today as I had no research tasks this morning! I battled in a gym earlier too so they had to be after that.

I’m having lunch in reach of 5 Pokestops, most of which have lures our. I’m in Chester for the weekend, I’ve never been anywhere with such a density of Pokestops! Shame I live 200 miles away.

I don’t know what to tell you 🤷‍♀️I cherry pick my tasks and delete a lot so will keep an eye out for those to see the reward, as like I said, win a level/tier 3 Raid is now giving a rare candy rather than revives.

Yup, I bin ones that take a lot of effort and only give you nanab berries! I’m liking that there’s rare candy for something relatively easy.

Is there a specific level of raids I need to do to get TMs? I have one fast one but can’t remember which raid I got it in!

stayingaliveisawayoflife That’s a seperate task to mine. There are a lot of very similar tasks, so you have win a raid (yours), win 3 Raids, win a level 3 or higher raid (mine) etc.

Similarly you have hatch an egg/hatch 3 eggs/hatch 5 eggs and use a super effective charge attack 5 or 7 times.

The old tasks are still about, I've had some today for potions and revives.

Because I got Battle In A Gym earlier and the reward was (unfortunately) Horsea, and when I got the supereffective charge attack 7 times (which I of course threw away) the reward was a rare candy.

So wondering if those with old quests haven’t updated their games.

WhatToDo my game definitely updated & I got use a super effective charged attack in 7 gym battles and the reward is an encounter (presume electabuzz from that list). But then I’m in the arse end of nowhere so it might take a while for anything new to reach here!

Yup, on the most updated version and I don't think it would affect tasks anyway - they're clearly controlled serverside as you can tell during community day.

Most tasks (event specific aside) can offer several different rewards and I suspect only the notable/new ones make it to the Silph Road posts.
