I’m thinking of just hopping on a bus somewhere for that one, Eggz. Hoping for a day with good weather and when I’m not working.

Well done Murinae! I'm still doing the 10 raids task so may take a while for me to get a Mew at this rate. Feel your pain Eggz, I seem to have already visited every pokestop within a few miles of my house so ended up going for a drive to complete that one.

Spin 3 PokeStops you haven’t visited before only gives you a Ponyta, so I binned that one.

Don't bother with it ladies really not worth it unless you still need Ponyta/Rapidash.

Gosh yes, there's plenty Ponyta around at the moment without the hassle of finding new pokestops!

Remembered what someone said about battling a gym & quitting & letting the time run down before going back in. So popped out to a local raid but unfortunately it was a legendary one so took rather longer to run down each time! Managed to get 6 goes so will finish that one off tomorrow, yay! And thanks to the extra spawning of magikarps + double candy & pinap berries, evolving a magikarp no problem.

I might manage a random excellent curveball before Christmas then

I've been dumping the consecutive throwing challenges. I just don't seem to have the timing to get nice/ great/ excellent on demand. I can do curveballs but not reliably and without wastage.

I had a good day and have now have the evolves of mankey Sandshrew doduo and diglet which means my gem 1 dec is looking pretty full. Has anyone come across the rarer ones like Touros or Farfetched?

Also DS8 and I did our first legendary raid through the FB group. Most of the other people who turned up looked like they would have been standing on the end of platform 12 at Clapham with a notebook and thermos in and earlier era. Although we battled the raid I failed to catch the Latious at the end which was disappointing.

Has anyone come across the rarer ones like Touros or Farfetched?

Efferlunt They’re regional, and there have been no confirmed sightings of any regional Pokemon outside of their regions, so it appears they have not made them available around the world.

I’m hoping they might later in the week, though.

One of our goals, since ds1 is a bus fanatic, is to rid the northeast of white rings, so the ponyta are just a side order.

I got Kangaskhan and FarFetch'd in the events last year so if they swap regionals, I hope we get Taurus.

I‘m hoping for tauros too. Got the farfetched and kang last year in the events as well. Just missing tauros now I have Mew

I managed to replenish my balls tonight after using loads trying for the excellent curve ball and catching the 50 Pokemon with a berry. I was at WI Meeting and the church hall is between a Pokestop and a gym and reaches both so had my Go-tcha on in my pocket the whole 90 mins. By the time the meeting had finished my bag was full.

I managed to restart it between two bits of the meeting as well. Not sure how many WI women play Pokemon Go!

Agreed; Tauros is the only one I’m missing from Gen I so it would be nice to fully complete it.

I've got every pokemon released in the UK so far, so I'd really love any regional that hasn't been here... But especially tauros to complete Gen 1.

I caught a Moltres earlier, as a result of completing some quests. Ds is very pleased. I had no pokeballs by the end of my morning. This has never happened happened before...

I've been trying to top up my total catches for Dragon, Fighting and Steel to get my gold on those medals. With this Kanto region thing I seem to be swimming in Machop, so at least that one's going to be ticked off quickly, and the magnemite for the steel are fairly plentiful too.

No mewto for me. But got a mew. Still in pursuit of Latias.

Does anyone have any tips for how to get a great throw? I've only managed one of my ten for the 2nd special research tasks and can't see how I'll make it to ten!!
