I managed to evolve mine. But it's still the only shiny I have apart from 3 community day dratini.

Apparently Central London only. We got Unown during the EUROPE event so it's a bit of a pain that I have to travel.

Rare candies tend to be a bit thin on the ground but I'm getting ds1 more into doing raids now, so I get a few per week. They've been getting poured into bagon as it's going to take me a year to evolve all the way if I don't get around to buddying one. I simply don't get to do as much walking as I used to now that I no longer have school runs and I've been spending all my child free days diying and decorating. We're only just getting them into their rooms, this weekend, 4 months after moving in!

Thanks betty, it was a pun I was unable to resist. I suspect my 2nd raiding party will be named Abigail's. So 70s. Much wow.

Round here we have very large groups which get organised for raiding and we tend to use private groups for all raids to prevent spoofers.

You're lucky to be able to get enough people in person. We have a very good local group, and there are a number of the members who are happy to help those on the ground to do raids by spoofing if they need extra people. They're referred to as air support. :)

With the new methods Niantic are bringing in to combat spoofers, those players will soon be banned.

Spoofers are absolutely unacceptable in our group; we kick anyone out that’s caught doing it.

Same here what spoofing is specifically against the Niantic Ts&Cs so is banned as part of the code of conduct of our group.

You don’t need an app to spoof; all you really need is a computer, but Niantic are tightening their controls so those players will hopefully be banned before long.

I would never chuck a shiny, though.

My shinies are Swablu, Magikarp, Red Gary, 3x Bulbasaur, Venusaur Pichu, Pikachu, Poochena and Lugia.

Yeah, most of the spoofers in our group have had or currently still had shadowbans.

I used to be totally against spoofing, mainly because I'd get pissed off that I'd stood in cold or wet weather to take down a gym and five minutes later a spoofer would have knocked me out.

However, since legendary raids started, I'd have only been able to do a a very few, and I haven't done many anyway as I don't spoof, without air support, it just wouldn't be possible to get the numbers there in the time available.

In all honesty personally, battling gyms is the only thing I object to spoofers doing, nothing else they do spoils my enjoyment of the game and, in the case of air support for raids, they have actually enhanced it.

I've had two shiny Shuppets and evolved one to Banette.
Two shiny Dratini from community day, evolved one to Dragonite
Two shiny Bulbasaur from community day, evolved one to Venusaur.
Two shiny Luvdisc.

Still hoping for a shiny Pikachu and in search of a shiny Magikarp for a red Gary. :)
