A couple of Anoriths spawned on my lunch break, so I got those. Also finally a Lunatone in work when I got there this morning.

I have 93 Hoenn pokemon now, which is more than I thought (I got a shock when I got the 90 badge yesterday)

I get completely surrounded by anoriths at work. Even caught one of its evolved types ( can’t remember the name!) last week. Don’t bother catching them anymore I have so many candies.

Just looked even after evolving one I still have 229 candies!

I've also just noticed that there are different versions of Castform. So far have the normal and rain - anyone got any of the others?

No just normal here. Probably be a while before I get a sunny one!

I have three out of the four: Normal, Sunny and Rainy.

I was hoping to get Snowy today as the weather was snow for a bit, but the only one I saw during that time had spawned before the weather change and therefore wasn’t Snowy.

Where I am we've had LOADS of snow today, and it hasn't rained at all. But I caught a wet one and not an ice one!

k2p2k2tog It’s because it’s based on your in-game weather, not the actual weather.

So if the in-game weather is snow and there’s a castaform it will be a Snowy one unless it spawned before the weather changed to snow, in which case it’ll be whatever the weather was before it.

I have a sunny rainy and normal one. Prob won’t get a snowy till next winter now!

Snowy one is also fog so might get one sometime

I now have a snow one. Given that i'm in Scotland, the sunshine one will be a long time coming.

My quest for a second mudkip to evolve is complete :o another one of my in the house spawns.

Just need to hope it learns better moves than water gun and surf, which my existing swampert has.

Water Gun and Surf is Swampert’s best moveset so if you got that again you’d be very lucky

Most people in my city (north west England) managed to get all the castform on Sunday, though our weather was definitely changing every 30 mins in game not every hour. The one time having all 4 seasons in one day is handy!!

Really? What a disappointment. They have as much oomph as slapping something with a bit of limp pondweed.

PickAChew Yes. Surf particularly is one of the best charge moves out there with two charge bars and a short cooldown. Swampert, while not the best water Pokemon, is a great Gen III addition so used well and played to its strengths it should be good.

How good a Pokemon is absolutely depends on its type, CP, IV, whether it or its attacker is weather boosted, movesets and whether you’re using those moves and type to the best advantage.

wartortle I’ve never seen the weather change every half hour, only ever hour, and I can’t find anything indicating that it changes that frequently?

Oh, well in that case Seaburn or Lattimer's over the summer, eh, @PickAChew, sea fret should count. I also got a Sunny Castform as my first one at night.
