I get it re grinding up Pikachus, it just feels wrong. I do it though, 'cos I'm heartless.

She's done a great job of running about and catching Pokémon. Only 10 left to complete both generations, excluding regionals and legendaries. I might buy her a new accessory.

I have so far failed to get into Pokemon Go today. There goes my pokestop streak. Annoyingly I have some eggs with only 0.2 km before hatching.

Tried and failed a three head raid with my little cousin today. Hopefully tomorrow there will be an easier one that we can manage. Put his pokemon in the gym this evening and I'll take it back tomorrow morning. Somewhere there's a sneaky red teamer who might interfere with our plans but we'll see.

Just seen on my local Facebook group that one of the nests is now Scyther. Will save on the walking! Took a gym earlier just before a raid started, was kicked out quickly after it finished but got 13 coins.

This event was supposed to include enhanced drops of 10km eggs. Every egg I've got since the start of it all I've had are 5km eggs. Today I hatched a fucking Poliwag. Harumph. Mind you, it did the final 800m whilst I was stationary in the warehouse. :o

I'm still walking Chansey, I had 12 candy when we buddied up, now she and I are up to 37.

Just booked my coach ticket for Chester, managed to convince DH to come with me with the promise of a nice lunch somewhere.

I've got two 10k so fully expecting a pair of Jimmy Chinchous out of those.

New local sandshrew nest means I've nearly got a sandslash :)

Have you checked the Silph Road nest atlas, Whattodo?

You'll be surprised where you find nests. It's not just parks because there are also frequent spawn points. I might be a mile from my nearest pokestop, but we can monitor a frequent spawn point from our house and there is one mirroring it at the other end of the (1km long) street, which is great when it's something like Onix. There is also a pkestop another half mile away from our nearest which is a pretty busy nest site, so if there is something good there (can see it from DS1's school, as it's nearer as the crow flies than on foot) we sometimes go for a long Sunday walk.

Oberhausen, one of the safari zones, is about a 4 hour drive away from me. I So Badly want to go. DH is already pretty sceptical about Pokémon though, plus we'll have only just come back from holiday, plus if I go, dd1 will definitely want to go, and if she goes, dd2 will want to go, and if she goes, dh will have to come because she's 4 and only likes to catch Ponytas so long as she doesn't have to walk for more than 30 seconds. Boohoo.

Got my first snorlax!!!! Only taken a year and a day :) It ran from dh when I was trying to catch it for him and he's not quite over it yet!

I put my tiny little bellossom in the gym across the lake but the naughty red person kicked it out after only 15 candies. I put a golduck in the gym at the old village school, there's a good chance it might never come out so was careful to put a 'mon I don't use and can easily replace.

And almost ran into a real life stantler i.e. a reindeer with massive antlers that came out of the trees as I was going past! Snapped a picture of the beast running away from me.
