This is what it says in the Pokedex, still doesn't explain why though.

If you use a pinap on an already evolved Pokémon, you get more candy. You generally get more candy for catching an evolved form, pinap or no pinap.

Far fetched is a regional Pokemon so you're very unlikely to get one

I do think it's unfair how they have done that. Pokémon should be available worldwide not just regional

Soubriquet I like it, and it makes sense. It's good for each region to have its own Pokemon.

But it means without cheating, you can't complete your pokedex

The Farfetchd leek is something to do with eating duck and leek (or duck and onion?) There's a phrase about a duck bringing it's own onion or something like that.

I've just done a mass evolve and levelled up to Level 31. Which was distinctly underwhelming - I actually had to go and check what you get for Level 31 as I couldn't work out whether I had received my items or not as it crashed half way through!

I only occasionally battle as I don't really have the time, or have people I play with so if I do happen to be spending any length of time where there is a gym, it's normally a Level 10 and there is no way I can bring that down on my own. And if I do spot a gym I have the chance to take down, I usually don't have the time to spend there or don't particularly want to stand on a busy road in the evening jabbing at my phone.

I like walking my 'mon and being able to pick up items and 'mon just when I am out and about.

Arrggh! If you were a pokemon go plus and had been hiding for 5 days, where would you be???

I've got plenty of Taurus from a trip to the states last year and am hoping to get a farfetched and a Kanggaskhan from a trip to Australia in July. We are stopping off in Singapore one way and Hong Kong (I think) on the other. They are fairly quick stopovers so I'm researching the airports for wifi and poke stops and stocking up on lures, incense and balls. I'll be ok to get the kangaskhan but the farfetchd will be a challenge. I've warned DH that I'll be ignoring him.

I wouldn't be interested to have them caught for me I've got to catch em all myself !

I'm more than half way through level 36 and keep telling myself I'm going to give up. I love doing gyms. It's all Valor and Mystic around here and I'm Valor and as long as I drive out of town I can usually find some gym worth fighting or prestiging up. I found a lovely 8 level Valor gym today.

Thanks, tumpymummy. I'm sure it'll pop up another time! My 10k hatch was an aerodactyl. Fab, but I've got one and want a Lapras. Ungrateful I know!
2k hatched into a Cleffa on my pre work walk - a new one, so pleased with this. Only another 10k to walk the onix until I can evolve him :)

Bored of it at the moment - excited to get a magikarp outside the house earlier though

I find they are easy to lose in bags. One look isn't always enough.

Am I mad?! Was just on my way to bed around midnight when I noticed that there was a pikachu at the end of our road! So I went out and caught it! Would you have done that!? Am I really really addicted?! I keep thinking I should give up, Im a middle aged woman who should know better. My kids gave up ages ago and think I am mad. But the walking ties in nicely with counting my steps every day.

It's really not encouraging me to play. I started that list after having a crap run of eggs, haven't had anything good for weeks.

When you're at the stage where you only need a few particular mons and just need to walk for miles buddying it's pretty boring.

My eggs have been terrible too. Ive not got anything of any interest out of a 10k for ages and ages, in fact I've only been getting pineco from them for the last few months. I once saw one in the wild so I presume the other 11 I've caught must be the last 11 eggs I've hatched. 😡😡😡. I'm careful to vary where I get the eggs from but it's tricky to plan.

I don't bother spending my pokecoins on incubators.

3 to go here- Ampharos, Kingdra, Sunflora. I have the candies for the last 2 just waiting for an item. My Flaafy has 56 candy so I've got a looong wait. My last few 10k have been Larvitar or Dratini,
