T'other thread was getting full and there's shinies and stuff!

I evolved a gyarados about a week before this festival started.

We now have 392 candies. AND NO SHINY.

Still no shiny but enough candy for a new gyarados. So that's nice.
I just had fun taking down a level 7 gym, and instead of stopping and reviving each round I just carried on. Who knew Lanturns were such hard-asses?!

Same here, no shiny, but have enough candies to evolve a gyarados if a shiny comes along. Made about 280 magikarp candies since the event started.
Hatched another pineco from one of my rare 10k eggs, only another 7 candies to evolve it.

I dont even have any incense left. Not sure I want to buy it to try.

I've got some incense but our pokestops are few and far between, may whack some on anyway, why not! Off out for a trot now, need to hatch a 10k egg, hopefully not a bloody pinecone or the purple wasp thingy.

WOuld be more than happy with a Pineco - my last 3 10k eggs have all been Dratinis. Grrr.

Hatched a Mareep! Managed to get in a gym too.

I think the shiny fish will carry on after the event.

I enjoyed this event, despite my lack of shine.

My local fb group reckon it doesn't finish until 9pm. I'm still getting Water Pokemon spawning here.

I was overcome by the Redness Possum, I didn't look at the symbols!

No shiny for me but just had a 1654 cp Octillary spawn in the living room.

Still water spawns here. What a great event - I got Gyarados, Blastoise, Dewgong, Omanyte and Omastar, Octillary, slowking...and a Totodile just now, the first I've ever seen. Probably more new ones that I can't think of right now. No shiny, but that's OK.

Why yes, yes there is.

I now have 488 Magikarp candy. What an event that was. A double XP event would be lovely, a Lucky Egg evolve sesh could net me 60kXP.

I am holding onto everything in the hope of a double xp event. When I get near my limit I'll do one lucky egg then hold the rest. I am about to hit 400 000 in level 30, only 100 000 to go! Please report if anyone finds a post event shiny, be nice to know they're still out there.

I finally got my gyarados - but I evolved it rather than caught it. No shinies here but apparently Niantec have confirmed that they will carry on beyond the event.
